You are responsible for ensuring that your Input does not infringe on the rights of others, including copyrighted material or unauthorized samples. Musiko may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
4. Commercial Use and Licensing
Unless otherwise stated, you may use the generated music (Output) for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated content or use the Service to misrepresent authorship of musical works.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some advanced features of Musiko may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

All trademarks, software, algorithms, and related technology within the Service belong to Musiko or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these materials without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service and all generated content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for quality and originality, AI-generated music may include unpredictable elements or resemble existing works. Please review your Output before commercial use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any generated Output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Musiko within the past six (6) months.

10. Termination
