Welcome to Musiko ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI music creation and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Musiko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Use of the Service

Musiko provides AI-based tools for generating, mixing, and editing music, vocals, and sound effects. You may use the Service for personal, educational, or commercial projects in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or malicious purposes.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features of the Service require you to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately at support@musiko.ai.

3. Generated Music and User Content

When you upload audio, text prompts, or other materials (“Input”) to create music or other media (“Output”), you retain ownership of your Input. By using the Service, you grant Musiko a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use your Input and Output for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Input does not infringe on the rights of others, including copyrighted material or unauthorized samples. Musiko may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

4. Commercial Use and Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, you may use the generated music (Output) for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated content or use the Service to misrepresent authorship of musical works.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits

Musiko offers weekly, monthly, and yearly Pro subscriptions. Users with active Pro membership may also purchase additional one-time credit packs. The price, billing interval, included credits, and applicable taxes are disclosed before you complete checkout. Pricing-page amounts are shown before tax; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew and charge the payment method on file each week, month, or year, according to the plan selected at checkout, unless canceled before the next renewal. Included credits and paid access are granted after each successful payment is confirmed.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing in your account by selecting Manage subscription and completing the cancellation in the payment provider's portal. Canceling automatic renewal preserves access through the paid period and does not automatically refund previous charges. Charges already paid are governed by our Refund Policy.

Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period for which they were granted. Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not automatically renew, and their credits do not expire. Purchasing a credit pack does not grant, extend, or reactivate Pro membership. Payments are processed securely by the authorized payment provider or merchant of record shown at checkout and on your receipt.

Previously purchased one-time access passes, including those paid through PayPal, remain subject to their original validity periods and do not become automatically renewing subscriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, algorithms, and related technology within the Service belong to Musiko or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these materials without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all generated content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for quality and originality, AI-generated music may include unpredictable elements or resemble existing works. Please review your Output before commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any generated Output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Musiko within the past six (6) months.

9. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that disrupts or harms other users. Upon termination, your right to use Musiko ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable global laws and principles of fair use and digital content regulation. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or arbitration where permitted.
